Hi everyone. How would you say the area is between Clapham North and Brixton for a young family (kid under 1)? Found a (rental) house that meets many criteria but I’m a little nervous about the area, say North of Acre Lane, East of Bedford and South of the train tracks. I know Abbeville village is dreamy but it’s a bit of a walk to get both there and to nice parts of the common.
If you know the area, could you share any thoughts/impressions? Particularly if you have kids there?
Separately, do you know of any very well regarded daycares / nurseries / childminders near the area for under 2’s? So far I’ve only found Leyf Brixton / Brixton community nursery as rated Ofsted Outstanding… does anyone have experience with it?
