Can I report fallen wall to council?

There's a small brick wall that's fallen over on my street but until now has been laying entirely on the owners front lawn. So I've left it figuring that although an eyesore there is technically nothing to be done about it. I'm now questioning that as over the weekend some kids have started playing with the bricks and left them on the pavement. Pretty sure the house is empty so no one to talk to about it. Is this something I can report. The council (Merton) are generally pretty responsive to various flytipping I've reported in the past, so confident they'd deal with it, if it's a legitimate complaint.

If kids are playing with the bricks then yes, report it.

Yes, that is a hazard as well as an eyesore, so it's useful to report.

I live in Merton (in fact i thought at first you might be talking about my street as we have two houses with front walls like this 🙄). Go onto the fixmystreet website and log it with a photo. They'll usually remove it in around 48hrs and are generally pretty good. I've reported all sorts of flytipping, dead foxes and lime bikes blocking the pavement, and they've been really good at removing.

Thanks all. I thought as much just wanted to be sure. I'll get it reported and hopefully removed!
