Any recommendations for interesting spa experiences, I really like Aire the Roman baths but looking for something new. Ideally a bit quirky rather than just all out luxury like espa at the Corinthia.

This one has also been re-furbished, I have been to the one at Bethnal Green - if you want a spa experience without paying for the extra luxury this is a good option as well.
