DD and I are going to London this week and planning to do a day out at Hampton Court Palace. What would be the best way to go by train there from Waterloo area? Don’t want to go by boat due time constraints.
Also even more important we are planning to have a cabin suitcase with us but now I wonder how big are lockers at Hampton court. It says “ small lockers” on the website.
Any other tips are greatly appreciated 🙂. DD is teen, we have HRP membership.

Train from Waterloo.

Don't know about the lockers.

Train from Waterloo. I don't think your suitcases will fit in the lockers as they are for handbags and small backpacks. Maybe try an app like Stasher? Or left luggage at Waterloo.

Lockers are enough for a couple of day backpacks and I think need a pound deposit but you could easily leave suitcases next to them, it's fairly secure especially if you take valuables out.

You can't just leave suitcases like that in London. They get taken away and destroyed!

Whenever I've been there's been bags left around / on top of the lockers 🤷‍♀️

And it's not London..
