Best tip I was given re schools, if you don't want to move again, check out the primary schools but concentrate on the secondary school.

Look along tube lines from Holborn. Ealing, on the Central & Piccadilly lines, is a lovely family area with houses, parks and excellent primary & secondary schools.

Harrow- outstanding primary and secondary schools. Lots of stations (met line+jubilee line [swap at green park for the central line]) and green spaces.
