Theatre tickets

Hi all,

I am wanting to book some theatre show tickets in London. I always hear of people picking them up very cheaply, however everywhere I look they are extortionately priced.

Anybody have any secrets they can share?!

If you're not fussed on what you see and are flexible with dates/times you can always look on Twickets or similar to see if anyone is selling tickets below face value.

Today Tix app can be good but it really depends what and where you want to see. Some theatres have day tickets, the National Theatre have Friday Rush tickets available. Theatre Monkey is a good website to see how to get a deal for particular shows.

I always go on Today Tix website on the morning we plan to go. We have always picked up tickets cheaply. Last week we went to Tina Turner for £33 each. The show has been running for a few years but If you want to see Michael Jackson, I’m not sure you’d be so lucky. Give it a try and see what you can get.
