Closest neighborhoods to West Hampstead and Cricklewood Thames link stations

Hello everyone, we are trying to identify neighborhoods/ streets with potential family rental properties and no more than a 8-10 minute from the thameslink stations - either in west hampstead or cricklewood.

Any suggestions that you may have will be most helpful. Many thanks

I don't know Cricklewood, but most of the areas around West Hampstead are nice. Just don't go too far towards Finchley Road or Kilburn (although those aren't that bad either).

West Hampstead is nicer than Cricklewood but also more ££££.

Depends on your budget. All the area around west Hampstead is nice, but expensive.
Cricklewood is much cheaper, but a totally different vibe. If you go past the A5 towards willesden green it gets nicer. Try Larch road, Pine Road, Heber Road, Olive road. (NW2)
