Any Advice on the Area, Safety etc

Need more information, are you a family, do you need schools and need to be near a station?

Sorry was a bit vague…. I’d need close Commute to Central. Property has come up close by to High Street, just wondering how Safe it is, I have an 18 Yr Old Daughter.

What's your budget? I personally wouldn't move there as it's a bit too reform/Brexit heavy for me. Husband has family there but they're looking to move out now, however they're a multicultural family so their experience might be different to theirs. It's not a very diverse area & people's experience and outlook match that.

I'd try Chelsfield, Chislehurst, Bromley, Orpington l, Petts Wood which aren't too far from Crayford.
