Hi all, we are planning to buy mid terraced house in southfileds on augustus road in. Its different layout as its not a typical victorian, edwardian or maisonnate that we find in rest of london. Wanted to know if two level split properties with 2.3m ceiling height is something common? Also per sqm rate for this area is lower than adjacent replhlingam and wimbledon park road. We are confused how the house is, area and community . Very skeptical and wanted views
