Hello, my name is Teresa Yung and I am a MSc Early Child Development and Clinical Applications student at UCL. As part of my programme, we have the wonderful opportunity to enhance our understanding of development and infancy through parent-infant observations. Hence, I am looking for any interested families keen to participate in this learning exercise :-)
These observations will take place once a week for an hour. During each session, I will simply observe your child's behaviour and interactions with family/people/objects (there will be no interaction between me and your infant).
These observations have been part of the programme for a few years and research by Perez and colleagues (2018) found that some parents regarded the experience as valuable!
As there is a focus on early development, I am looking for expecting mothers/parents due between October 2023 to January 2024.
