What we are looking for -
3/4 bed period house
1M (can stretch max to 1.1 if we absolutely love something)
At least 1200 sqft and a smallish (if not big) garden
10-12 min walk to tube station (don't plan to have a car)
30-40 min commute to Central London (Angel/Kings Cross/Farringdon)
Safe neighborhood (Non-negotiable)
Good primary schools
Good/vibrant high street (or surrounding areas with good high street)
Friends are scattered across north, west and southwest London
What we like -
We love Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Chiswick and these would be our ideal areas but we cannot find anything good in these areas within our budget. So we decided to expand our search to neighbouring areas and like East Finchley and Ealing (around South Ealing and Ealing Broadway). Both these areas meet most of our desired criteria and we should be able to get something in our budget
Any recommendations between the East Finchley and Ealing Broadway/South Ealing ?
