Hello all I need just to know more about As I'm reading through I'm just wondering if you know what rank over 20 means on Locata and also roughly how long it takes for a property to be shortlisted?

Is it bidding for social housing?

My best guess is that if you're in the top 20 applicants by priority, it will tell you whether you were 2nd ranked, 13th or so on, but if your priority isn't enough to get you into the top 20, it just basically says "outside the top 20".

I've never had to do it but from what I understand you just have to keep bidding until your "time served" earns you higher priority rankings.
