I'm a single mum of a 18 months old and I'm trying to get some recommendations on cute places where I could relocate.
I currently work in Moorgate/Liverpool Street and I wanted to move out of London to an area with a village feels, countryside or forest, little farms or farmers market, good or outstanding state primary/ secondary schools.. ideally town which is diverse as my daughter is mixrace.
I'm looking for a 2 bedroom flat/ house and max budget of 450k within 45 min from my workplace .
I had a look in different chat and it can easily be overwhelming.. based on feedbacks, Chesthunt, Enfield, Waltham cross are places to avoid so I would love any feedback and or suggestions.
