Thoughts on this East Finchley Rental?

Hi folks,

Looking for some help with areas, this flat is on Deansway EF:

I found this property on the Rightmove Android app and wanted you to see it: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/110781614

Anyone know if this is an OK area? It seems really handy for the tube. We are going to be new to London, both hybrid roles with offices in Canary Wharf.

The price seems really reasonable so even if we don't get this flat, at least I'd know to keep an eye out for properties around this area.

Deansway is very nice

My knowledge is a bit out of date as it was 15 years ago I lived nearby but it was a lovely area.

Positive so far! Thank you. We would only be staying in London for 2 years while we rent our house in our home town, so want somewhere close to tube etc for 'London Experience'

It's very leafy, near to Kenwood/hampstead Heath, so can feel suburban. EF high street is vibrant and lively with lots of variety. It's a good location
