Weekend in London

Hi all,

I want to take my 2 children to London for the weekend in the 6 weeks holidays. Not been since I was about 10 so need your help .

We wanna stay in a Premier Inn but which one would be best??

We want to go to the Natural History Museum and see all the typical tourist type places .

Any advice please

We stayed in Putney Bridge which was cheapish. We got the double decker bus all the way to the NHM from outside. Sat on top deck. Kids loved it

although we live in London we have used the Premier Inn in County Hall - right on Southbank by London Eye and can walk to a lot of places.

I’d recommend staying in Kings Cross. There’s a little nature reserve there and lots of restaurants.

We recently stayed at Kings cross and tubed and ubered it we got the tune to the NHM. The area behind kings cross station is lovely.

County hall. Right beside the London eye. Tourist area, lots of people going around and easy access to the tube at Waterloo or Westminister.
