Hi all, I'm a huge film buff and I've just started initiating my 4 year old to the delights of the cinema going experience (I live near catford and tried the amazing catford mews!!) but thought I'd also flag the Garden Cinema in central London. Every Saturday they have family / kids'films and they are pay what you can! (plus free activity afterwards!!)
Such a good shout if you either want to watch films with your young ones or /and - like me- you need somewhere to shelter if the weather's crap in Covent Garden that's not the Transport Museum. I love going and would genuinely welcome a PM if anyone fancies tagging along!

I went there to watch Brave with my 2 kids in the Easter Holidays! It felt like such a treat to go for free and it's lush inside. Film finished by 12.30 and we had a picnic after in Bloomsburry Square and then went to the British Museum. Was a great day out
