Planning to move to Twickenham

Hello All,
We're a family of 3 (with a 2 yr old toddler) thinking of buying a property in Twickenham with a budget of 800K. Have been looking at houses in the area between Kneller Gardens and Twickenham Green (as within our budget) e.g. Mereway road, Andover Road but given we’re new to the area, would be really grateful for advice on how family/school friendly is the area and what would be other nice areas to consider in Twickenham. Any specific areas to avoid?

That area is really lovely. There are some lovely primary schools. Kneller Gardens is always full of families. The only issue that side of Twickenham is secondary catchments. If you have girls it is fine as you have Waldegrave, however, if you have a boy your catchment secondary would be Twickenham accademy which doesn't have a great reputation.
