Do U turn cameras exist and what do they look like?
I noticed this black shoe box sized strapped item onto a lamp post which looked like it had one lense? However it was not obvious eg yellow/grey nor mounted on a arm. Anyone else seen anything similar....will get a photo next time I am there....
