Favourite breakfast spots - north or central

I'm taking my brother for a birthday breakfast in a couple of weeks he is 20. I've hardly been out the last few years except in my little bit of north London so I feel very out of touch!

Where is nice for breakfast /brunch in central?

Balthazar is nice and a bit posh.

Hawksmoor Guildhall also does breakfast - never tried it but I doubt it would disappoint!

Dishoom

Dishoom - their bacon naan and chai is amazing! Also love the Delauney on aldwych for the Viennese cafe vibe and amazing sausages and coffee.

Have dishoom changed it so you can book now? I used to find the unpredictability stressful lol.

Dishoom restaurants do take reservations for breakfast and lunch, just not dinner. But for 2 people it isn’t really needed for breakfast in and around north london.

It hasn't restarted breakfasts since opening post-Covid. Shame as it was excellent.

Riding house cafe?

Coal office is amazing for dinner but never had breakfast there. I love breakfast at The Wolseley
