Can anybody recommend any designer clothes or jewelry shops in the Piccadilly area?

We're in that area tmw and may have an hour to look around

Don't know how up to date it is.

If you want designer and luxury go to Bond Street not Regent Street. More boutique-y, less busy and stressful.

St James's isn't far. Some of London's oldest shops in that area.
