Twickenham/Whitton/St Margarets - Which place should I buy a house?

Hi,
I know this place helped me a lot while moving from India 2 years ago. And here I am again! I live in Twickenham currently looking to buy a property around this area. While all the properties look lovely here, I am confused as to where to buy. I have 2 kids going to primary and secondary and hence looking for something close to school. I don't have a vehicle at the moment so completely relying on public transport and footpath.
I keep getting answers to choose the places with less crime rates and I clearly don't have any clue to what those places/streets are.
I would really appreciate if you ladies can help me out.

Thank you for all your support.

Whitton isn’t as nice, hence the cheaper houses. If you are using state schools then you will probably want to be as close to Orleans school as possible as it is the best co ed secondary in the area.

St Margaret's has a lovely village feel. Twickenham more towny, whitton not quite as MC.. all a pain when rugby is on!
