Does anyone have any insight into living in South Tottenham? We have seen a house we really like between Seven Sisters station and Downhills Park, but don’t know too much about the area.
We have a 3 year old so are specifically interested in how the primary schools are. Harris Academy seems good and I think the house is in the catchment area. I have read a few threads on here from circa 2017 regarding gangs and crime, but also know that the area will have changed a lot since then. It would be good to hear your experiences if you live in the area.
For context, we currently live in N4, so know that it is an urban area and don’t expect picturesque suburbia! N4 has changed a lot since we moved here, and we enjoy all the new coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants. Has N15 experienced similar improvements?
