Indoor things to do for adults

Going to London for my partner's birthday in Feb and looking for indoor things to do! Have already done science museum natural history etc

I haven't tried, but I saw an ad for a bar which is also an adult indoor crazy gold centre

Does that sort of thing have any appeal?

Or are you interested in the less frequented museums, galleries etc?
