Had enough of homeschooling

Just that really dreading another week of endless assignment sent by the school zoom lessons tantrums it takes the whole day nothing else gets done. There's at least 10 task a day reading phonics writing spelling, maths task, timetables, mental maths topic. DC is in yr 2 and hates doing it. It destroys the household dynamic everyone is stressed

I must say that the thought of them going back on March 8th gave me a bit of extra energy this morning. Remember last time when they all went back and the house was quiet / tidy / productive again? I just keep telling myself it will be finished soon. All the best x

I'm counting down the days (assuming thereturn is confirmed later today). My DD is Y6 so more independent, it's so draining and I'm sick of reminding her not to rush and check her work!
