Loom App

Dear All, My son's German teacher has set his lesson via Loom. We are unable to open this on 2 phones and 2 laptops. The screen just goes blank and nothing loads. Does anyone have any suggestions? It's hard to learn a language when you can't hear the teacher speaking!

Our school uses Loom and a lot of the children can't get it to work on their iphones but it works fine on my laptop. Daughter thinks its to do with the operating system.

Different system but for Teams to work I had to lower my security settings to allow different permissions. I would get back to school and see if they know.
