I have been nominated for a housing association place, its says on the email that if I do not supply bank statements ect, within a specific time frame then the next applicant will be contacted.

Do you think this means that it is just me and my hubby who have nominated?

I am currently on furlough and husband self employed but no work due to the current climate. What do they look for in terms of pre tenancy checks with finances. I am a little worried because me and husband have credit card loans, not a huge amount, maybe two grand, which we are paying off, just concerned they will frown upon the debt.

What you ladies think?
