Hi there. I have 2 dd (ages 7 and 9) and their grandparents have very kindly offered to buy them anything that would help with their learning during school closures.

They wondered about any sort of craft/science/books/technology(?!).
I thought maybe some non-fiction books as we don't really have any, otherwise I don't really know what to suggest. Any ideas? What have you found to be really helpful and engaging for your dc?

a subscription to a kiwibox for your 7yo, and a atlascrate for your 9yo might suit? they are science, art and geography based and get delivered monthly

For a subscription I would go National Geographic for Kids.

There are lots of fun science kits you can buy online. The Science Museum ones are a reliable brand.
