Microsoft Office interactive course for kids

Hello, I've been looking for an online course where my kids can learn how to do tasks in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

I was hoping to find something interactive, where they could complete tasks without me having to sit with them and show them how to do things like formatting, highlighting, bolding text, saving etc.

I found some information about an old free Microsoft training game involving the paper clip icon called Ribbon Hero 2 but cannot seem to download it anywhere.

I also looked for something like ECDL for kids and couldn't find anything.

I don't mind paying for a course as both kids (year 6 and year 11) are already doing touch typing and enjoying it. I'm hoping they can come out of this lockdown with better IT skills.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. :)

Did you manage to find anything?

I would be interested in this for my children too.

Hey!

Maybe interacting with Word itself by trying out what they learn in the moment would be the most effective thing anyway?

If you’d rather not sit and show them how to do things, there are some very clear and simple videos on the Office support site.

Maybe you could open the videos on a separate device and have the children pause and play to give them chance to try what they are shown on word on another device as they go along.

Just a suggestion. Hope you find a way :)
