I offered to help some friends of mine put together some learning ideas for their teen kids and have quickly realised that teenagers are really fucking clever and now am out of my depth
I was keen to focus on environmental issues but they would feel like sites specifically for learning are talking down to them a bit as they 14/15+
SO I thought an interesting task for them could be to look at how mainstream media talk about environmental issues to consumers.
With that in mind, if anyone has a passion for all things green could you let me know your favourite websites / journalists so I can add them to a list for the kids to go off and investigate?
I'd love them to look at people like Clare Press who a few years ago became Vogue's first sustainability editor.
So people who write passionately about the environment to a mainstream audience I guess?
THANK YOU
