New and still finding my feet, but I mentioned a free resource a couple of friends told me about that I probably should have put in a new topic! 
My teacher friends told me about this site ChallengingLearning and that they have put out free activities to get kids properly thinking and involving the family, and I really liked it! I love the Picture Book activities as you don't have to have the books, and loving the latest week's worth of subjects to chat about. Makes me feel like it's less about ploughing through books and actually feel like learning is something the family can all get involved in.

I did also like their blog post which I just finished reading. Good to remember we are not expected to be qualified teachers during Lockdown!
