finally, a 2nd soft play centre is to open in Plymouth... its called Drakes Den, and is opening on Sat 5th December, with an offical opening on 12th December.

I'll confess to living in Plymsville but I cant skive work to come as DS is now a grown-up (4!!) and must go to school!hmmph, spoiling all my fun is this starting school nonsence!

No no ipod - come along anyway. I'm trying to persuade another MNetter with a DS at school to come, and this will add strength to my case!!

yep we will be there. I am tall & blonde with 3 blonde children (angel strapped in new pushchair and twins running riot!)

nope - scruffy, tired looking with urchin children. Only tallish (5' 8").

I've met both of you before, but I have blondish hair which will be tied back, and a scruffy looking (snotty ) blonde boy! Will keep him away from small babies!

FourArms - i remember you love!

I have to forewarn you both that there is a chance i might not make it. I am exhausted with a newborn who wants to be awake at night (well last night i think he has a bug and was thirsty so woke a lot for quick feeds, the 2 nights before, 3:30am!), and have a stinking cold myself. I really really want to come so i have taken paracetamol, a huge mug of coffee and will get DD and I showered and ready and see how i feel.

I am mixed between sending DD to nursery and kicking DH out of bed so i can get in it, and coming along for an hour and sleeping when i get back. I have yet to decide, but i am erring on still coming. If you don't mind a husky snotty woman sitting near you

Can you take ibuprofen too when bfing? I love Boots own brand lemsips as they don't have decongestent or anything in, so you can have them when bfing. IIRC they don't have the full mg of paracetamol in though, so I always feel a bit seen off when I have one. (mad biomedical scientist who likes to have max pain relief at all times emoticon!)

i like to be dosed up to the max too. when not pg/bf'ing, i take co-codemol and ibruprofen, knocks the socks off a cold, esp when it is the proper paramol. But can't take that when bf'ing. I can take ibruprofen when bf'ing, just cant find any in our medical box, so will pick some up on route.

I really think i will come. I can sleep this afternoon. DD will love playing with the kids and i will enjoy a coffee and a natter.
