Looking for nanny and nanny share- Blackheath for 11 month old son, Mon-Thurs from Sept

We live in Blackheath on the Cator Estate. We have a lovely and smiley baby boy who will be 11 months old when I return to work in September. I will be working 4 days a week, and will need a nanny Monday-Thursday, 8am-7pm. Does anyone have similar needs and fancy sharing a nanny. Ideally, it would be a family based close by, or further away if you were happy to be based at our house.
