I did ante and post natal yoga with her and she is just lovely . If she isn't doing a convenient class, she may know of another one.

Did you know that you can get time off work for ante natal yoga as part of your general antenatal care?

It's called stretch and breathe rather than yoga, but it is based on the same principles!

I go to an excellent Pregnancy Yoga teacher in Southampton. She is a mum herself and knows what exercises are best for pregnancy and child birth. Have a look at her website:

Hi, I have just set up a pregnancy/antenatal yoga class for all you mums to be who live in and around Romsey. It takes place in Romsey on Wednesdays from 7.30pm-8.30pm. If you are looking to keep fit during your pregnancy in a relaxed atmosphere and meet other expectant mums, you are most welcome. Please contact me to book as there are only so many people I can fit in one class. Sophia 07976 353069 Email:[email protected] Details on Facebook: www.facebook.com/wehfitness

Practice with Aijay is led by feeling and instinct rather than holding a stretch for
10 seconds and set routines. This practice really helped me to listen to what my
body needed from me. She helped me to tune into my instincts and to get deep inside
myself.
