Gas and Hot Air is an hour long, daytime comedy sketch show about pregnancy, childbirth and early motherhood. Performed by new mums Helen Rutter and Natasha Joseph and written over breastfeeding, sleepless nights and copious amounts of weight watchers cake. Babies under 1 are welcomed with open arms as long as they can't move much and don't mind a bit of fruity language.

Hi All, if you are local to Brockley, come to Jam Circus and/or Crofton Park Library songs - a good way of meeting other new mums in the area! I have a 6 month old daughter and have found (via various means) a whole heap of other Mums to be friends with around here, the area is teeming with them. Baby Sensory classes (Tuesdays at St Peter's Church, go to www.babysensory.com/ClassDetails.aspx?id=33 )

are another really good way to meet other Mums although you do have to pay for them, but they are a hoot.
