Harewood opening later this season.....Grr

Is it just me who is unutterably sad but is anyone else dismayed at Harewood's decision not to open until 10:30am for the 2009 season?

What am I supposed to do with two under-threes until that time? Its practically lunchtime FGS. I used to be queueing at the gates before 10am et alone 10:30. Aaargh!

I'm tempted to ask for my season ticket expenses back..... except that it's too useful. I feel like they are exploiting the desperate Mother sorority of North Leeds!

Nope - Me too, although it's probably not going to make much difference to me this year as DC's are now in school & nursery. Will need full access in school hols though.

But do think it's a cheek as they reduce the service but not the cost.

I have just had a polite letter basically telling me to lump it. Apparently they have reduced the astronomical catering costs to merely unaffordable as compensation!

I was there on Friday and got in at 10. When does this start?

I always thought 10 was a bit late.

I just checked the website. The grounds open at 10:00 still. The house opens at 10:30
