Anyone know of a venue for a 1st birthday party?

DS will be 1 at the end of March and we'd really like to have a little tea party for him and a few baby chums but sadly our flat is waaayyyy to small for this.

Anyone know of somewhere suitable that we could hire for a few hours one weekend day? I don't need fancy-pants party organisers or catering or anything (he's one, for heaven's sake!) just a space for some adults to watch the babes grub around and ignore one another wink

Thanks!

how about the one o'clock club place by cafe in highbury fields?

One o clock club a good plan as if it's rotten weather you can go inside. Or you could go to one of the indoor play centres - I'm a bit out of touch with these now but there's def one in finsbury park and the Talacre is nice - next to gospel oak overland - you wouldn't necessarily need a special room - you could play in the ball park and just buy folks a coffee?
Good luck!

That Place on the Corner in Newington Green might work (if it's not too late!)
