Help - im finding it really hard to find flexible childcare for my lovely one-year old. I work sporadically and it can be a 4 or 5 days at a time but then I have 2 or 3 weeks when i don't work (film industry). Ideally I would love to get involved in a nanny-share or to find a childminder who can take an extra child on every so often.
I would really appreciate any advice or contacts.
