Does anyone know of any pregnancy Yoga classes in the area?

Im looking for a preg yoga class not too far from Amersham. Anyone got any ideas?

Fantastic place in Wycombe - Sarva Yoga centre - but probably a bit of a schlep from Amersham. Shall have a think.

Choi Van Rest is fantastic, used her in both pregnancies, she ran it from the Church hall on White Lion Road. No longer have her contact details, but might bring something up in Google, or you might get her number from your midwife, thats where I got it in the first place!

I'd second Choi Van Rest. Attended her classes 3 years ago and found them a real help, especially during labour.

Just incase anyone looks at this thread looking for pregnancy yoga in High Wycombe I second the earlier thread. The Sarva Centre on the West Wycombe Road is fab and has lots of parking. Their Preg Yoga classes are on a monday 6- 7.15pm. They are run by a woman called Shelia who is the co-owner of Sarva and they are fab. I'm 20 weeks and starting again this Mon (went all through 1st pregnancy) as I've managed to rope my in laws into looking after (and putting to bed!) my DD.
