Any views on Joyful Gems Day nursery in Charlton?

I'm trying to find a local nursery and wondered if anyone had any views on this nursery?

Sorry, no but my little girl is really happy in Blackheath Day Nursery in the rugby club off Charlton Road - I would recommend it

I had a really bad experience with the manager there. She was rude and horrible and refused to let me see the menus, even though I was on the waiting list and wanted to start my daughter there in the new year. We not using that nursery now. She wouldn't let me visit the baby room either.

MichelleBeaumont realise this thread is from months ago but where did you go for eventually? I am looking for a nursery too and Joyful Gems is on my list to visit along with Blackheath Day Nursery and Teddies in Greenwich.

I've visited several nurseries and Teddies seemed to be the best.
