I'd like to go to a yoga class while I'm pregnant - can anyone recommend a good one in Haringey or Islington?

Hello. I don't post on the board very much but i attended pregnancy yoga with a local lady called Julie Tortora. She is amazing! Has 20 years of experience and very well known to local midwifes and doctors. Have a look on her website: www.lifelongyoga.co.uk/
I also did mum and baby yoga from when my daughter was 2 months old till she started crawling.

I second Wobbegong's recommendation of birthwiseyoga. Saturday mornings were the high point of my week in the last 3 months, and I wished I'd started sooner.

I go to Julie Tortora as well and it is very good

I second Julie!!! Have been to have three times - twice for antenatal yoga, once for mother and baby yoga (and intend to do that again, once baby no.3 arrives in Dec). She is lovely and because its in her home is a lot more personal than some of the classes.

This one's in Tottenham and very good, I went to her general yoga class after my last baby which was brilliant too:

Hello

I can recommend Anna Wise from birthwise Yoga and also Sandi Sharkey who teaches at the new Yoga Junction studio on Weston Park (and in another venue called the hidden space on the ladder). Enjoy

Julie Tortora also offers a Yoga for Pregnancy class on a Saturday morning 10.30-11.45am. You can read all the details on her website www.lifelongyoga.co.uk
