It's a temp contract as it is a flexible working request so at the end of four months there has to be a review, and if it is all going well then it would be made permanent. Housing experience was essential but not LA housin experience, I had experience in supported housing prior to getting the post.

She read the documentation and it did seem to state that housing experience was essential, and she doesn't have this. Pity because she was very interested in the job!
