Started new business- mum of 3 - any ideas for promoting it locally?

Hi all

I am a mum of 3 and have started my own business, I am looking to promote it locally and wondered if anyone has any good ideas or experience of this?

www.juicytots.co.uk is a new online childrens boutique with fun clothing, accessories, stationery, party supplies and more...

I need to fit things around my children who are 2, 5 and 8 so don't really want to do party plan or the like but any other ideas would be great.
