Primary Schools in Saffron Walden

Hi, we are moving to a village in Saffron Walden and about to apply for primary schools.
Does anyone know much about the local schools? Which would be better for a shy child in particular? Im mainly considering St Thomas More, St Marys and Great Chesterford Primary.
Any advice would be so helpful

Are you moving to a village? So outside Saffron Walden? St Thomas Moore, you need to be catholic. To be fair, all the schools in SW are good. But you might find it hard to get a place. I’m a bit out of date in terms of primary schools now but on the local mums FB group, people seem to agree most of the local schools are very good. Just be mindful that SWCHS (the high school in SW) is very sought after and if you’re outside of Saffron Walden you might struggle to get in.
