We're looking to move in/around Bury and I've seen some houses I like in Barrow. The thing that's putting me off is the school, yes it's Outstanding but it seems really overly religious (from the website!). I know a lot of village schools are C of E but it feels like it's to quite an extreme level. We aren't religious and I wouldn't feel comfortable with DS being at a school where he was constantly being told things we don't believe at home.
Does anyone have recent experience of the school? It seems lovely other than that!
