mother and baby groups near to ls14?

does anyone know of any friendly mother and baby groups near whinmoor or crossgates.
I took ds1 to one about 3 years ago and they were all in little groups and made me feel unwelcome but have decided to give it another go with ds2 (he is 7 months)

I dont know of any but im in crossgates my dd is one on sunday so if you find any would love to go with you. Im way out of the loop as I have 3 teenagers and even then they were clicky

I have found one in crossgates and the lady has sent me a file with times and dates. However i can't figure out how to open it so will have to wait for dh to come home to fix it for me. What days are best for you soremummy?
