I'll be at CM tomorrow, about 10 - 10.30.
Doggies are ok. A fair amount of snarling but nothing too severe. The worst thing is a very grumpy cat upstairs!!!

Phoenix · 17/07/2008 22:54

I'll be shopping at Asda at that time i think

Glad the dog's settled Wot, for cat.

Hope you had a nice time at Cheeky Monkeys this morning Little Knickers toddling about I can't wait to see her.

Must admit i've gone off Cheekys at the minute, it's been really dirty the last couple of times i've been, and i've been the first there in the morning, so it's not like they've been open a few hours Last week there was even a pair of dirty socks and a sandwich on the car track Makes you wonder if they even bother cleaning up when it's closed.

Mark didn't have any work booked in this morning, so we took monster to Funworld. Had a lovely time, Ben even went down the big slide 1st time ever I think it's because he had a parent at each end. There was no stopping him after that!

I'm glad the doggies are getting on Wot Shame about poor Terrence though. Hopefully he'll get used to the newcomer. I know the lovely receptionist at my vets has temporarily fostered cats before. I'm going next week, so i'll ask her if you want, she's really nice.

Thank you for getting shortstuff a card Knickers I'm hoping i'll get to see you all soon.

Hope eveyone's okay

Funworld's small but nice knickers. Dh takes ds there quite a lot on an afternoon when i'm at work. I might have some pics from my phone of ds there. If there's any that show you what it looks like i'll put them on my profile

Phoenix · 18/07/2008 19:28

I've only got 2 photo's. I've put them on but they're only on the inflateable slide and bouncy castle. I'll look on dh's phone and laptop later

hiccymapops · 19/07/2008 09:39

Morning all

Mark's taken the doggies to the groomers and Ben's throwing toys at me so i've escaped on the computer for a few minutes

I'm not sure if your DD would like Funworld yet Knickers. It's nice and small, but there's not really any clear floor space or sectioned off areas for little ones, unless she goes in the ball pool. If you ever fancied trying it, you could always just have a look in, and if you don't think it would be any good for DD, i only live 10 minutes away, so you could come to mine for a coffee instead

Got my scan on Monday I'm soooo excited and nervous! Mark got his first kick in the head from Bumpy the other night when he was saying hello to them

Hope everyone's having a good weekend

wotulookinat · 19/07/2008 10:30

Will you find out if Bumpy is a girl or boy?

Oh no, Knickers, not an in-law inspection

wotulookinat · 19/07/2008 20:15

Can anyone recommend a garage for MOT in Wakefield? It's for our old car, if you know what I mean!!!

Afternoon

Ds has got hand, foot and mouth disease . He was unwell yesterday and i noticed an ulcer/blister on his tongue and this morning noticed red spots, some looking like yellow heads, on his hands and feet and his bum is spotty too. So took him to the walk in centre and they said it is HFMD but they don't give anything for it. I need to put Bonjela on his tongue and try to make sure he drinks enough. He's not drinking a great deal (or eating very much either) so i bought some ice lollys to get some liquid into him. He isn't complaining

wotulookinat · 20/07/2008 13:19

Oh - that could well be what my DS and Knickers' DD have had! They both have had spots that weren't chicken pox and sort of came and went a few times.

Phoenix · 20/07/2008 14:02

Could well be Wot. Think it's quite common for kids.

Phoenix · 20/07/2008 14:57

I've just made a right knob of myself. I hope none of the neighbours weren't watching, they'd have been pi**ing themselves I was hanging the washing out (ds' bedding and towels) just got the last thing out and the line dropped down . God knows where dh learned to tie knots. It's all his fault. I rang him to tell him and all he could do was laugh.

Ds has fallen asleep he was knackered and yet i'm still sat here with cbeebies on best turn it over me thinks.

wotulookinat · 20/07/2008 17:08

oh no Phoenix! Did all the washing get dirty? My garden is a mudbath so it would all have had to be washed again.
I can believe you are sitting there with CBeebies on. I often find I have been watching it for an entire hour while DS is upstairs sleeping.

Friendlypizzaeater · 20/07/2008 21:01

I drive down the road telling the invisible child in the back about the red tractor, the blue lorry etc etc - I always tell people my placenta was my brain ......
