Hi all. We got back at one this morning - yawn! The operation went well and my dad is now out of intensive care. Hopefully I'll pop down again in a couple of weeks or so and see him again at home Thanks for all the positive thoughts - I think they helped.
Anyone around today? We are planning to go to CM or somewhere this afternoon.

Hi Twigy - how are things with you? All the lurgies cleared up?
I spoke to my dad today and he sounded much more with it but obviously still strained. It's his birthday this week so we've been out and got a pair of PJs for him - I suspect he'll be spending a lot of time in PJs for a while!
