Where to buy near Oxford High School?

Hi,
My first post here! We'll be moving to Oxford in July and excited about the move. My 14 yr old will be starting OHS in September. We are keen to buy somewhere close to the school so that the commute is manageable for my daughter. I'm told Summertown is the obvious choice. Any OHS parents here who live outside Summertown? Would love to hear your experiences.

It really really depends on how much money you have, how many rooms you need, if you prefer being nearer town and the station or the motorway etc
