Well it is. Anyway, apart from that I quite like it - well DD does anyway. If anyone ever fancies it. We tend to go early (9:30) before all the hyper kids get there

Oooooooh - I go early too - and you only have the coffee to guarantee you a 10 minute sit-down!

hi theres a group of us meeting there on weds morning, from slingmeet, (but you don't have to sling!) about 11am, if you'd like to join us, although I could get there earlier, and totally agree about the coffee!

twinklytoes · 01/04/2008 22:00

make it out to bumblebees at brackley and you'll get a costa coffee

ThePrisoner · 02/04/2008 19:09

You can't get Costa Coffee at Bumblebees anymore!! But you can get very nice, healthy lunchboxes made up for the children.

Hi there, I'm near Banbury and just wanted to say hello! I have one dd (16 mo) - we are frequently at Rugrats. I am the one running up and down the whole time as all dd wants to do is either head straight for the trampolines (the one for age 3+ preferably) or going up to everyone and trying to steal their food. The only way I can have a coffee in peace is to stick her in a high chair with loads of snacks!

ThePrisoner · 18/04/2008 20:19

I won't have seen you running up and down, I am too busy chasing my minded children everywhere! Bet I can run faster than you!

wellieboot · 18/04/2008 20:49

Oooooh - is that a challenge?!

ThePrisoner · 18/04/2008 20:58

Now, that's a scary thought! What happens if we already know each other!!

wellieboot · 18/04/2008 21:04

That would be weird. Although from your last post it sounds like you are a childminder and I only know one -dd's, and she doesn't go to rugrats. So not you!

ThePrisoner · 18/04/2008 21:17

I am (a childminder, that is) - I tend to go to Rugrats on Friday morning.

wellieboot · 18/04/2008 22:00

I usually work then. But not every week so I'll look out for a speedy person running after lots of children if I'm there on a Friday

ThePrisoner · 18/04/2008 22:12

I'll wear a pink carnation.

wellieboot · 18/04/2008 22:22

lolol! I'll be carrying a newspaper under my left arm

ThePrisoner · 18/04/2008 22:37

I'll have a child or two under each arm and an Ofsted inspection report pinned to my chest!

twinklytoes · 06/05/2008 10:19

can see what you mean about the coffee - went yesterday and it was bad. the hot chocolate wasn't much better.

on another note - they are doing a termtime special of play and dinner for £5.50 if you go in at 3.30. not bad as it cost me £10.40 for the girls yesterday just to get in. 60p for dinner seems very reasonable.

ThePrisoner · 06/05/2008 18:50

Hello twinkly!!!

twinklytoes · 06/05/2008 22:05
