Thinking of renting in this area as a family of three. Anyone closely who could tell us a little bit about the area? Is it a safe neighbourhood? Is it a good part of Southfields? It's a SW18 postcode so I think it's connected to Wandsworth not Merton. Any comment would be appreciated.
